Opening hours
We operate 24 hours a day.
Eligibility criteria
We help service users who are experiencing mental health crisis whom without our input/support would require hospital admission.
We work with service users from 17 years old with no upper age limit.
Referral procedure
During working hours service users will be referred by the Locality Community Mental Health Team.
Out of hours clients can be referred by their GP or following an attendance at A and E following a deliberate self harm attempt.
Appointments
All service users accepted to the service will be given an initial plan outlining times of visits and length of time expected to stay with The Home Treatment Team.

If you are not on our caseload, please do not contact this team directly. During working hours contact your local Community Mental Health Team, and out of hours contact your GP.
