Mental health service user voice project now open to Medway residents

Date added: 26 February 2021

Would you be happy to share your experience about the local mental health services you have accessed and the impact they have had on your mental health?

Medway Engagement Group and Network (MEGAN) are seeking feedback anonymously from Medway residents who have used mental health services through their GP, community mental health team, talking therapies, counselling, inpatient services/hospitals, pharmacies, voluntary sector organisations, drug and alcohol services, autism support, Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), housing, local council and job centres.

All feedback received will be submitted anonymously to Engaging Kent who collate all the comments from across Kent and report this to the NHS Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), who fund the health services, so that they can build a better picture and identify gaps in services.

Your feedback will help to shape services for the future.

To share your feedback confidentially and for more information please contact Sam on 01634 402077 or email sam@megancic.org.uk.
