NCEPOD patient and carer surveys

The National Confidential Enquiry into Patient Outcome and Death (NCEPOD) survey is a mandatory national project which KMPT are currently participating in and they are looking for people who've had an inpatient admission to a mental health hospital and have a physical health condition, to complete a short survey about their care.
They are also looking for carers to share their views
Patient survey
If you are aged 18 or older, and have had an inpatient admission to a mental health hospital and also have a physical health condition or received physical health care whilst an inpatient, please complete this short survey of the physical healthcare you received.
Carer survey
If someone you care for has had an inpatient admission to a mental health hospital and also has a long-term physical health condition or received physical health care whilst an inpatient, please complete this short survey of the care they received.
