Opening hours
We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Eligibility criteria
We provide services to adults with mental health problems or needs.
Referral procedure
All referrals from across the south west Kent area (Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells) must go through the Access Team based at St John's Centre, St John's Road, Sevenoaks, tel: 01732 470840.
Appointments
Most people referred to mental health services have time limited needs and will be cared for within the Access Team by a named worker.
If it is assessed that you require longer term care you will be referred to the Recovery Team. You will be allocated a care coordinator who will agree appointments and reviews with you to ensure your care is planned according to your needs.
