What is the QI pledge?
This highlights the key aims of the QI team when beginning a project and helps us to develop a shared understanding of what to expect from a QI project.
What is the QI charter?
We ask each individual or group who have an idea for a QI project to complete this prior to commencing a project.
This will help us to understand what the project idea may involve.
What is Stakeholder Mapping?
Use brainstorming techniques to produce a list of all the people and groups likely to be affected by your project.
Anyone affected by your project is a stakeholder including;
- Those involved in the project - internal and external to KMPT
- Experts in the area
- Service users and carers
- Staff
- Those who pay for services ie commissioners
You can use this stakeholder grid to prioritise and manage your stakeholders. This helps you to see which of your stakeholders you need to put time and energy into actively managing; engaging, communicating with, and seeking the opinions of.
