Joint Carers Conference – we need you!

KMPT are partnering with Kent Community NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) to hold our first joint Carers Conference to celebrate Carers Week (7 - 12 June 2022).
The conference will provide an opportunity for family, friends, carers and healthcare staff to come together, share experiences and further develop a shared understanding of how we can work in partnership to support those who care for their loved ones accessing mental health and community health services in Kent and Medway.
We would like to invite family, friends and carers to join the steering group in order to shape and plan the conference. The initial steering group meeting will be held on Wednesday 15 December 2021 from 1 to 3pm via a video conference facility.
Informal, steering group related support can be provided for carers who need a briefing before or after the meeting.
If you require any training or assistance on using (the chosen) video programme please get in touch with us and it will be arranged.
Contributing to this activity can be done in an unpaid or paid capacity.
