Public Health and Arts Development Team of Medway Council are working with Moving Memory Dance Theatre Company to create an innovative project called “Moving Minds” which challenges the stigma about mental health.

The project tells stories through dance, theatre, digital media and film to challenge negative views about mental illness.

Want to know more? Come along to see what it is all about at the exploratory workshop on Thursday 19 January, 2pm - 5pm at HeArt in the Community, Unit 678, Upper Floor, Pentagon Centre, Chatham, Kent ME4 4HY.

The Moving Mind workshops are open to anyone aged 18 years or older with lived experience of mental illness. The workshops will start from Thursday 26 January 2017 and will run every Thursday from 2pm - 5pm. The workshops will run until March 2017.
