CGL (Change Grow Live)

Change, Grow, Live (CGL) provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing drug and alcohol addiction. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

How they can help:

Children and family services

They support children, young people and families who live with issues ranging from emotional and mental health needs, lack of family or parental support or problems with drugs and alcohol and involvement in other risky behaviours.

Drug and alcohol services

Supporting people to reduce or stop their drug or alcohol misuse safely.

Young people's services

Support for young people around substance misuse treatment, prevention and early intervention, emotional wellbeing, child sexual exploitation, offending, advocacy and parental drug or alcohol use.

Criminal justice services

Rehabilitation interventions and services across the country that encourage and enable people to stop offending and regain control of their lives.

Health and wellbeing

They combine medical, psychological and social work interventions to support people to improve their health and wellbeing. This includes health inequalities, substance misuse, obesity and smoking.

They work to understand the complex reasons why someone might be sleeping rough and provide support tailored to their needs.

Domestic abuse

They provide information, advocacy and practical and emotional support to women and men living with domestic abuse and violence.
