Older People's ward - Rapid Process Improvement workshop (RPIW)

We are passionate about delivering the right care at the right time to suit the needs of every service user and family member or friend.
Over the next few months we will be making significant changes to our older adult wards and would like to invite you to take part in an interactive workshop so you can share your views and help shape our future services.
The RPIW workshop
The workshop will take place from 11-15 March and will include a wide variety of people who play a vital role in delivering the service including service users, carers, community teams, trust executives and key partners.
The process will be overseen by an independent expert who is experienced in the lean principles. As part of the workshop aspects of care will be discussed; in particular patient and carer experiences as well as data and processes - this will help to identify where we can make improvements.
All participants are welcome to attend the workshop on particular days or for the whole workshop.
