Mental Health Together (Thanet)

Community mental health services in Thanet for adults (18-65) and older adults (65+) is now called Mental Health Together.

Mental Health Together is a service which offers a wider range of support to people who may need help for different parts of their life.

Our mental health and wellbeing can be impacted by a number of things - such as relationships with others, employment, debt, physical health or loneliness. We know getting the right support can be difficult, so Mental Health Together gives faster access to care that is much more personalised.

Support is offered from one Mental Health Together team, so you will complete one assessment and you won’t deal with lots of different organisations for each part of the help you are offered.
