The data will be shared with agencies involved in the prevention and detection of crime, including Kent Police, and also, will be shared for the purposes of safeguarding vulnerable adults and children. |
6. Rights to object | You have the right to object to some or all of the information being shared with other agencies. Contact the Data Controller or Data Protection Officer. |
7. Right to access and correction | You or your legal representatives have the right to access the data that is being shared and have any inaccuracies corrected. |
8. Retention Period | The data will be retained for active use during any investigation and thereafter retained in an inactive stored form according to the law and national guidance. Where no investigations are necessary, the data will be destroyed no later than 30 days after recording. |
