Percentage of staff experiencing harassment, bullying or abuse from staff in the last 12 months.
Staff experiencing bullying harassment or abuse:
- BAME staff - 25.5%
- White staff - 19.9%
Reason
BAME staff experience has decreased by 1.7% to 25.5% since last year.
Action 1
- Trust wide use of mediation as a resource to resolving conflict and issues within teams/ individuals
- Staff can speak up at the BAME Forum and be supported by the Chair and/or members of the forum
- Reinforcement of the Dignity at Work policy – you talk Managers induction
