Objective

Improvement from 4.45 times more likely to 2.06

Analysis

Although the statistic is concerning, numbers for all staff entering formal disciplinary process is low (under 20)

  • Examine the numbers of staff going through the grievance process and split by Care Group
  • Leadership training to include how to have difficult conversations staff.
