The Corporate Trustee
The Charity is governed by the Corporate Trustee who are the KMPT Board.
They delegate to the Charity Funds Committee and comprise:
- Peter Conway – Chair and Non-Executive Director
- Dr Adrian Richardson - Director of Partnerships and Transformation
- Dr Asif Bachlani - Associate Non-Executive Director
- Nick Brown - Treasurer, Signatory - Deputy director of finance
The charity operational delivery group meets monthly with a representative from the following departments:
- Finance
- Communications
- Wellbeing
- Sustainability
- Engagement Council
